Privacy notice
This notice covers two things: the email signup on doventiq.com, and the optional first-party measurement on this site. Doventiq is in development and has no product accounts and no customer data.
Who is responsible
DOVENTIQ is operated by WebRešenje PR, registered at Karađorđeva 58, 26000 Pančevo, Serbia, registration number 68647509, PIB 115803024, operator contact info@webresenje.rs. WebRešenje PR is the data controller for personal data processed through the DOVENTIQ website unless stated otherwise. For privacy and data-rights questions specifically, reach us at privacy@doventiq.com.
What we collect
- Email address
- Required. It is the only way to send you the updates you asked for.
- First name
- Optional. Used only to address you in an email.
- Consent record
- The wording you agreed to and the date and time you submitted the form, so we can demonstrate when and to what you consented.
- Signup source and language
- Which form you used and the language your browser requested, so we can send updates in a sensible language later.
- A one-way hash of your IP address
- We do not store your IP address. We store a salted, irreversible hash of it purely to limit automated abuse of the form. It cannot be turned back into an IP address.
- Browser user agent
- Stored with the signup for the same abuse-prevention purpose.
- Country
- A two-letter country code (for example NL or DE), detected from a location header our hosting provider attaches to your request when you submit the form. We do not store your raw IP address, and we do not store anything more precise than the country — no city, postal code or coordinates.
- A link to your browsing session, if you had already allowed measurement
- If you had already chosen “Allow” on the measurement banner before signing up, we record which anonymous browsing session your signup came from, so we can see which channel brought you here. Nothing is linked, and your signup works exactly the same, if you had not allowed measurement.
Why we use it, and on what basis
- To send you Doventiq product, development and launch updates. Legal basis: your consent, given by submitting the form (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).
- To keep the form from being abused by bots. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the service working (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
- To know roughly where signups are coming from, so we can plan when Doventiq opens in a given market. Legal basis: performing the request you made by signing up, and our legitimate interest in planning a market-by-market launch (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
- To attribute a signup to the marketing channel it came from. Legal basis: your consent to measurement, given via the banner described below (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).
We do not use your data for anything else, we do not profile you, and we do not sell or share your details with anyone for their own marketing.
We store your colour theme and your measurement choice in your browser’s local storage. Local storage holds only the word “light” or “dark” for the theme, and “granted” or “denied” for measurement, and neither ever reaches us.
Cookies and measurement
This site sets no cookies, and carries no advertising or cross-site tracking. If you allow measurement (see below), your browser’s session storage — not a cookie — holds one randomly generated id for as long as the tab stays open, so we can tell that a handful of page views belong to the same visit. It is cleared automatically when you close the tab and is never shared with anyone else.
We run our own first-party measurement, on the same infrastructure as this website. It is not Google Analytics, not an advertising network, and nothing that follows you to other sites. It only runs if you allow it. Nothing is loaded or measured until you choose “Allow” on the banner, and you can change or withdraw that choice at any time using the measurement control in the footer. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).
When allowed, we record, for each page view:
- the page you viewed, and whether a link or search engine sent you here;
- the marketing link parameters in the URL, if present (for example a campaign tag);
- a coarse country and a general device/browser/operating-system type;
- that you started the signup form, and that you completed it — with no personal data attached to either event.
We do not store your raw IP address. Instead we derive a marker from a one-way hash of part of your connection and browser that automatically changes every day, so it cannot be used to recognise the same visitor across different days. We keep this measurement data for 14 months, after which it is deleted automatically — this is separate from, and shorter than, how long we keep your subscriber record (below).
Who processes it
We use the following processors, and only these:
- Supabase
- Database hosting for the subscriber list and our first-party analytics data.
- Vercel
- Website hosting and delivery. Serves this page, processes form submissions in transit, and runs the analytics endpoint described below.
- Resend
- Email delivery. Sends us an internal notification when you sign up, and will deliver the updates you asked for.
When you submit the form we also send ourselves a notification containing your email address, your first name if you gave one, and the time you signed up, so we know someone is waiting to hear from us. It goes to our own inbox and nowhere else.
How long we keep it
Your signup record — email, name, country and the rest — is kept until you unsubscribe, or until 24 months after the last update we send, whichever comes first. When you unsubscribe we delete your record — address, name and everything else. All we keep is a one-way hash of your address, which cannot be turned back into an email address and exists only so a future send cannot reach you by accident.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or object to our use of it. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
Unsubscribing takes one click and needs no account, no login and no reason. Every email carries an unsubscribe link, and supports your mail app’s own one-click unsubscribe button. You can also write to privacy@doventiq.com and we will remove you by hand.
If you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to your national data protection authority.
Changes
If this notice changes in a way that affects you, we will update the date at the top and , where the change is significant, tell you by email.
